Home Decor: Bathroom Finesse

I want to finesse my second bathroom.  It has looked exactly the same for about 5 years.  2 years ago I painted it, but that was only to match the existing shower curtain.  Here is a list of things that I'm considering doing in there:

1. Paint the cabinetry
2. Change hardware on cabinets
3. Paint the walls
4. Place a frame over the mirror
