TBT: MyFinessedLife 10 years ago.

Hey Finessees! It's Day 4 of Joi at RxFitnessLady's  Mini Blog Challenge.

Today's challenge is Throwback Thursday.  Blogging was no where on the radar.  However if I was, here's a pictorial of my life 10 years ago.

I started a new chapter in my life with this dude right here.... Please ignore my eyebrows  (WOW).

We moved from Manhattan:

To NJ:

It was sooo dangerous living above a retail center.

And I was a relative newbie at doing this......

What were you doing 10 years ago?

  1. I love the pictorial throwback. Congrats on 10 years with your husband. Ten years ago, I had just started my own practice.

    1. Hope congrats on a 10 yr practice. Practice start ups are major life events also. 2003 was a big year for me.

    1. Thnx for the pass Kenya G. I have to admit even though the eyebrows were good and terrible (argh!!!), that was true happiness on our faces ;-)

  3. Beautiful wedding photos. Ten years ago I was just starting to learn about the real world. I got a few bumps and bruises along the way. Turns out my mom REALLY DOES know what she is taking about and her advice is golden. ;)

    1. Veronica, it's funny thing about moms...they know their children. If I would have only listened to mine more, I might be less bumped and bruised myself. We live and learn.

  4. Oh my goodness...living above a retail center - trouble!

Before I got to the end of the post I was stuck on your and your husband's teeth! I was thinking, "man, they're teeth are perfect."

The last picture brought it all together! LOL!

Ten years ago, I had just recently moved to LA to pursue my dream of working in entertainment TV. Best. Decision. Ever. :)

    1. Cam. Yes teeth are my thing. Even as a kid my said I talked about teeth. Oddly enough dentistry was not my first choice of careers. LA is one of my favorites cities. Just like NY you either love or hate it...no in between.

  6. Oh I love how you did this with pictures! Awesome! Ten years ago I was in college. Not yet a lawyer, not yet attached. I was basically a different person!

    1. Britt, it seems we were all a different bunch 10 years ago. Everyone has incurred major life events, career starts, marriage, birth and death. There was a lot of growth and wisdom in everyone's post. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading them.
